Falzone's Italian Eatery is under the management of brothers, Ray and John Falzone, former owners and managers of Silvester's Italian Restaurant in Bolton for 32 years (1971-2001). Their parents bought the restaurant and "my brother and I worked there" since we were 12 years old and washing dishes."

The dishes are homemade by their sister, Linda Dedecko who bases the delicious flavors on old, family recipes. Even the popular Italian dressing is homemade! The wide selection of choices come from recipes found in northern and southern Sicily, but there are also American dishes, including prime rib to please any palate.

John, Ray and sister Linda and staff look forward to serving the entire Blackstone Valley and southern Worcester County.
